Before your appointment, here are a few things to know:

New (to you) piano? Schedule now for a date at least three weeks after delivery.
Quiet is crucial: Please avoid background noise (kitchen noise, vacuuming, TV, phone calls, etc.) during the tuning session.
Pets: I love dogs, but birds should be in a separate room—chirping and tuning don’t mix.
Clear the piano: Please remove any photos, lamps, or decor to save time and avoid accidents.
Mechanical issues? A short video of any sticky keys or strange noises can help with early diagnosis.
