• Quiet = the most accurate tuning and efficient tuning.
• Please remove décor or items from the top of the piano beforehand.
• Mechanical problem? A short video sent in advance helps with early diagnosis of issues.
• Pets are welcome—but birds should be in a separate room while tuning—they tend to “collaborate”.
• If using a Greene Music coupon, please have the physical coupon ready at the appointment.
